ODI Collection ships across Australia and to 27 countries worldwide. Every order includes tracking.
Australia
Standard: 3–7 business days
Express: faster delivery available at checkout
We deliver to all Australian states and territories, including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Hobart, Darwin and Canberra, plus regional areas.
International
Standard International: 7–15 business days

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery estimates begin once your order ships, and you will receive a tracking link by email.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Enter your address to see the exact cost before you pay.
Customs and import duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by your country. These are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer. Charges vary by destination — check with your local customs office if you are unsure.
Tracking your order
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our facility. If your tracking has not updated for several days, this is usually normal during transit between carriers.
